Spontaneously fermented beer with environmental inoculation from the Roncole Verdi brewery. Chrysopolis fermented directly in used wine barrels, it has never seen steel.
It has a beautiful golden color, has very clear citric hints but develops its complexity with vinous reminiscences, wood, cellar and citrus peel. In the mouth it is acidic, dusty but fresh and with mineral notes.
