Go to the shopThe available delivery methods are shipping via express courier and standard courier, home delivery and collection at the point of sale.
In the case of shipping via courier, the purchased goods are shipped via express or standard courier to the destination address specified by the Customer in the order form. Delivery times are estimated within 24-48 hours of shipment (depending on the shipping method selected) except for any delays attributable to the carrier.
The Merchant undertakes to ship the goods within two working days from the moment of receipt of the order, except for any delays due to technical problems or causes of force majeure, and in any case within the deadlines established by law.
Orders with payment by bank transfer in advance will be processed after the Merchant has verified payment. Shipping costs, indicated at the bottom of the order form, are the responsibility of the Customer.
At any time the Customer can check the status of their orders and obtain the consignment number of shipments already made.
At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the packages.
If the number of packages delivered does not correspond to that indicated, as the case may be, on the consignment note, on the accompanying invoice or on the transport document, or if the packaging of the shipment shows signs of tampering, alterations or deformations that could cause assume any damage or alteration of the contents, the Customer may refuse the delivery or, alternatively, accept it by signing the delivery note with the words
"WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL"
so you can check the contents of the shipment and ensure the good condition of the goods.
In the event that one or more products are in less than perfect condition because they were damaged during transport, the Customer must promptly inform the Merchant.
The latter will replace the damaged products at their own expense and as quickly as possible or, if this is not possible, reimburse the Customer for their amount.
Home delivery is available in the Busseto Polesine-Zibello and Soragna areas.
After receiving the order, the Merchant will contact the Customer to agree on the day and time of home delivery.
In the case of collection at the point of sale, the customer must print the order receipt and, equipped with this, go at his own expense to collect the goods from the Merchant's point of sale.
