1. Nature of the goods The goods on sale are those described on the pages of Enoteca Busseto, where the name of the product and any description contain the essential characteristics of the goods.

2. Prices All prices include VAT (where applicable). The reference currency for all transactions is the Euro (EUR).

3. Availability All goods for sale on Enoteca Busseto are available in stock and ready for shipment. The product catalog is frequently updated according to the actual availability of the products themselves. If a purchased product is not available for shipping for any reason, you will be contacted using the data entered at the time of purchase to evaluate whether you would prefer to cancel the order and be refunded the amount paid or modify the order with other agreed products .

4. Payment methods The available payment methods are electronic payment and payment by advance bank transfer. The accepted electronic payment method is the PayPal payment system. Payment by advance bank transfer must be made to the Merchant, and the Customer must communicate the details of the transfer to the latter.

5. Invoicing The Customer who wishes to receive a tax invoice must expressly request it during the checkout phase by communicating it in the Notes section. Tax invoices are issued at the time the order is processed. A paper copy of the invoice is attached to the goods. At any time the Customer can view and print their invoices from the order page.
