White Riot is a citrus Blanche meticulously created down to the smallest details.

The research was long but in the end what Il ducato has really achieved is pure revolution and stylistic innovation.

A simple beer, which at the same time embodies the philosophy of the brewery, a Blanche reinterpreted in a post-modern key: in addition to the classic coriander, grapefruit pulp, orange peel, lemon, bergamot and exotic hops. Light and thirst-quenching, it progressively develops a strong, delicate and enveloping bitterness, unmistakable characteristics of a fresh pleasure on the palate
