BEERSEL MORNING COULD MAKE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH SPONTANEOUS FERMENTATIONS.

In the summer of 2009, the 3 Fonteinen brewery in Beersel needed to sell its Lambic. Giovanni Campari, founder and master brewer of the Ducato, immediately had the idea of making a blend between New Morning and his Lambic.

Together they chose three 18-month Lambic barrels whose contents were pumped into a small tank on our van.

After days and days of bottling by hand and long months spent in the bottle, what came out was beyond our wildest expectations and we can proudly say that it was truly worth it.

Today Beersel Morning is produced with the Lambic of our friend Gert from Oud Beersel, the most awarded Lambic producer in international competitions.
