Description:
The Culatta del Salumificio Squisito is the best part of the ham, but without the stem and without the bone. The most evident peculiarity of the Culatta is the presence of the rind; this has the great advantage of leaving the right fat which, combined with a long maturation, always exceeding one year, allows the Culatta to achieve a unique fragrance.
It is soft like Prosciutto, sweet and doughy like Culatello.
